MRMC Slidekamera PTZ Monohead Studio
Description
Working with PTZ cameras is fast and straightforward, but sometimes those small units have limitations. Their motion control capabilities are limited, as they're designed for different usage than larger remote heads.
To combine those two worlds, the ease of use of the PTZ camera and the precision of the motion control head, we developed a PTZ MONOHEAD - an addon for PTZ cameras that enhances the motion in the horizontal axis.
PARALLAX TRACKING
Tracking a fixed point with a remote head is a feature that many of our users use every day - for product videos, interviews or live shows. Since PTZ cameras cannot perform this precise motion, we added another panorama axis that replaces the horizontal movement by rotating the whole unit. Thanks to this simple trick, you can control the horizontal rotation of the kit, keeping all other benefits of your PTZ system.
EASE OF USE
Configuration of the system is easy - with just one click, you can replace the PTZ panorama axis with the PTZ MONOHEAD. Afterwards, you can use it in sync with all axes as an integrated unit.
INTEGRATED QUICK-RELEASE MOUNT
The PTZ MONOHEAD is equipped with AF-48 QUICK RELEASE MOUNT, dedicated to the PTZ cameras. It allows you to mount the camera quickly and securely. It's compatible with all cameras using 3/8" and 1/4" screws. It also has M4 threads for the mounting plate supplied with the Panasonic camera units.
COMPATIBILITY
The PTZ MONOHEAD is compatible with all Slidekamera sliders. It's connected as a regular head, using Slidekamera's one-cable connection for data and power. Therefore setup is fast and easy. You can control the head with the KAIROS panel, Slideye 2.0 software, or a combination of both.
