XENA

Running on Windows Vista 32-bit and Windows XP™ and supporting the Adobe® Production Studio-and a wide variety of third-party software-the new XENA line of video and audio I/O cards is designed for serious editing, graphic and design professionals. Record, review and print SD/HD video with unmatched software capabilities.

Designed for Windows Vista 32-bit/XP, XENA alows you to capture perfect HD/SD data from a variety of sources (digital and analog SD and HD decks, etc.) in a format on disk that fits your post-production workflow. For example, if your whole post-production pipeline is based on a file-per-frame format such as DPX, then you can capture film/video data directly as sequential DPX files, instead of having to write an AVI/QT file and then render to DPX files. File-per-frame workflows are no problem for XENA, with or without audio.

IO

All of AJA's Io products have been co-developed with Apple for use with Final Cut Pro to deliver powerful video/audio capture, editing and video production - all in a single, integrated system. Each member of the family comes with special Final Cut Pro presets to facilitate ease of use.

AJA's new IoHD is the latest in the award-winning Io family of products-an effortless, transportable plug-in solution to working with HD and SD in Final Cut Pro 6 on a MacBook Pro or Mac Pro computer. With a single FireWire 800 connection, Io HD supports the amazing new Apple ProRes 422 Codec-natively, in hardware, to bring production-quality HD editing to laptops!

FS1

HD/SD Audio/Video Frame Synchronizer and Converter

Featuring a flexible "anything in, anything out" architecture, the FS1 Universal HD/SD Audio/Video Frame Synchronizer and Converter can simultaneously work with both HD and SD video - all in full 10-bit broadcast quality video and 24-bit audio. The FS1 supports virtually any input or output, analog or digital, HD or SD. The FS1 can up-or down-convert between SD and HD, and provide simultaneous HD and SD outputs.

Up, Down, Cross-Conversion between HD formats are also supported, with simultaneous output of both formats. For audio, the FS1 supports 8-channel AES, balanced analog, or embedded audio with full flexibility and audio processing controls. The FS1 supports closed captioning and the conversion of closed captioning between SD and HD formats-including full conversion of CEA-608 captions to the CEA-708 standard. The FS1 is also network ready, supporting web-based and SNMP remote control.

Kumo

KUMO compact SDI routers are small and cost-effective, yet robust and reliable. KUMO supports full broadcast specifications over SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G SDI. Kumo routers are re-clocking, non-blocking, and ready for any broadcast, production, or post production environment. Running Embedded Linux, KUMO routers support powerful HTTP control and monitoring. KUMO's internal webserver allows immediate installation, configuration, and operation without any software to buy or install, instead serving up complete UI controls via any standard web-browser.KUMO SDI routers are available in two configurations: the KUMO 1604 supporting sixteen SDI inputs and four outputs, and the KUMO 1616 supporting sixteen channels in and out.
